Submit a Claim Form - Instructions

How to File Online:

Before Claim Filing:

You will need the Unique ID & PIN printed on the email notice that you received. If you did not receive an email notice or have lost yours, please contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-877-438-1665 for assistance.

After Claim Filing:

After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.

How to File by Mail:

Fill out, sign, and date the Claim Form (Documents), then mail the Claim Form to the following address:

Remember, all Claim Forms must be submitted online or received by BuzzFeed VPPA Settlement Administrator no later than the claims filing deadline. Refer to your Email Notice for your Claim Filing Deadline.
